    Intro video is way-WAY too long, make it punch, and get to the point within 8-10 seconds. Host is great, and she'll carry the fluency with the sport if she could have a little more of the behind the scenes informality during the broadcast; it'd be a real winner. More names on screen while she's talking. Audio peaking on phone call needs a look. Content:Ad ratio is a little too close to 1... maybe experiment with inline ads as well.
