I love chocolate and only ear a small amount of dark chocolate daily... glad to hear is is healthy. But I do find 100% chocolate too bitter. So in making your choice pick the highest % you can eat. My favorite brand is Endangered Species and they give 10% of their net profits to support species, habitat and humanity. www.epoboost.com

    Hello,
Chocolate can indeed be very beneficial to health but the processing of chocolate is also of extreme importance. Even high cocoa content dark chocolate has been heated and alkalised during processing which destroys 65% of the antioxidants. Xoçai™ (pronounced sho-sigh) - The Healthy Chocolate™ is cold pressed, thereby retaining the antioxidants.
I have a brochure with Athlete's comments on the benefits that they have experienced with Xoçai for anybody interested and you can visit my website at www.choc1.co.uk for more information.
    Best wishes,
    Jon
