		<description>Dr. Metzl&#039;s advice on &quot;shin splints&quot; is way to vague. Telling the audience that it is caused on by &quot;pronation&quot; is completely wrong and limited. Going out and buying a shoe that prevents pronation on using a generic orthotic may actually hurt someone even more. &lt;br&gt;He should be more responsible.</description>
