Tempe Town Lake is the home of several triathlons and is the backbone for the sport in the Phoenix metropolitan area. When a dam holding the lake broke on Tuesday, July 20, the fate of the area’s fall triathlons was put into question. Here are a few images of the lake’s biggest triathlon, Ironman Arizona.
