Triathlete magazine stormed Kona and the Mauna Lani Bay hotel and resort for its annual swimsuit issue. Five athlete-models—including Claudia Abreu, winner of the Triathlete.com Swimsuit Model Search—landed on the Big Island last March. In tow, duffle bag upon duffle bag of 2011 swimwear, purpose-built for real swimming, but cool enough for lampin’ on the beach while showing off a “body by triathlon.”
