A pack of cyclists were on a weekly midnight ride in Los Angeles when a suspected drunken driver plowed into their group around 2 a.m. She sent some riders “flying into the air” and at least one dragging under her car, according to ABC News in Los Angeles.

Of the group of 100 cyclists from the group Midnight Ridazz, 11 were injured by the white Honda Civic, one remaining in critical condition. The cyclists were reported to all have lights on their bikes for the ride around Baldwin Village.

To make matters worse, it appears the 27-year-old driver was also reported as using a cell phone at the time of the accident. She’s under arrest on the suspicion of drunk driving.
