Everyone has different “away-from-sport stresses.” These impact you differently from week to week, so make sure you factor these into your training week. Communication with your coach (if you have one) is important, and being prepared to reschedule training sets or move sessions to a different date can save you big time in the long run. Don’t be fixated on routine.
