Great Britain’s Rachel Joyce has finished sixth (2009), fifth (2010) and fourth (2011) at the Ironman World Championship, and she’s a top contender to earn a podium spot (and maybe even the win) this year. Triathlete.com captured this slow-mo video of Joyce riding up the road to Hawi during a training ride on the Big Island on Sunday, Oct. 7.
