Get your wife/husband/partner to eat what you eat. Always easier to stick with a plan when you both eat the same. The easiest healthy meal to eat is the one some else makes for you.
I take an hour on Sundays to pack up snacks for the entire week for my husband AND me – that way all we have to do when we are in a hurry is grab a couple of snacks to take to work or to workouts and on the road – then we aren’t forced to eat processed foods! I also make sure that I pack up leftovers into portions that we can grab in the morning for lunch on the way to work.
