Former NFL superstar Hines Ward retired from football in 2011 and now is taking on the challenge of training for triathlon. Triathlete.com video producer Steve Godwin is documenting Ward’s journey. In part one of “Become One,” presented by Refuel | Got Chocolate Milk?, Ward meets his coach (and 8-time Ironman world champion) Paula Newby-Fraser and learns his first lessons about endurance sports.
