After weeks of speculation, the start list for next weekend’s Ironman 70.3 World Championship race has been announced. Both defending champions, Sebastian Kienle (GER) and Leanda Cave (GBR), will be back, but they’ll face heavy competition from several former ITU stars making the jump up to long-course racing after last year’s Olympic campaigns.

See the start lists below and check back to Triathlete.com for complete coverage, including a more in-depth preview, next week. The pros will race at 6:30 a.m. PDT on Sunday, Sept. 8.
