Whether you’re running the local turkey trot or inside cooking all day this Thanksgiving, you may want to add in an extra fitness challenge to offset some of the damage you’re about to do. Complete this list of exercises by the end of the day, broken up into as many sections as you choose. Do 20 squats in between chopping an onion and peeling potatoes, or cram in some 10 push-ups while the stuffing is baking. Easy as pie, right? Keep a tally as you go.
100 crunches / abs of choice
75 hip bridges
50 leg raises
5 total minutes of planking
This 10-minute run warm-up, followed by 10 hill sprints (30 seconds up, jog down)
