Purplepatch Fitness 2014 Winter Triathlon Empowerment Camp

The third edition of Purplepatch’s Winter Triathlon Empowerment Camp on Hawaii’s Big Island will allow a limited number of triathletes to experience a five-day, fully immersive education and training experience, hosted by the beautiful Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. Leading the camp will be Purplepatch head coach Matt Dixon, as well as coach Gerry Rodrigues of Tower26 and cyclist and mechanic Paul Buick. You can also expect to see Purplepatch professional athletes in and around the camp during the five days.

The camp will include personalized and customized attention to each athlete, and much of the training will be done on and around the Ironman Hawaii course. The camp will also include educational seminars on topics such as season planning, nutrition and biomechanics. Other perks include concierge support throughout the camp, a full bike set-up, adjustment and daily maintenance, SAG-supported rides and runs, a Mauna Lani full-buffet breakfast, custom Purplepatch gear, and a discounted accommodations rate.
