Elite Coach Darren Smith—who currently coaches No. 1-ranked ITU athlete Jodie Stimpson and Olympic silver medalist Lisa Norden—and his Tri Dynamic team are running a camp for 12 age group athletes from July 4–7 in Morzine, France, a beautiful mountain town in the French Alps. Athletes will spend four days alongside Smith and his Dsquad athletes as they prepare for the ITU World Triathlon Series race in Hamburg July 12–13. Camp attendees can expect skill sessions in all three sports, individual technique analysis, guided workouts, guest speakers and more. The camp costs 695 euros (around $950), which does not include transportation or accommodations at the recommended luxury Brown Bear Lodge. More details here.

The Tri Dynamic team also has training camps already slated for 2015, including two new Dan Bullock Tenerife Swim Faster Camps and the Mallorca Spring Tri Camp with coaching legend Joe Friel and 9 Endurance Coaching’s Will Newbery. Info on camps here.

If you can’t make it to a camp, Tri Dynamic has just launched a new series of videos, featuring Smith and other coaches, to teach swim, run and core technique. Smith integrates advice he’s used to coach his elite Dsquad athletes to injury-free success. The new Tri Dynamic site will also incorporate training plans, nutrition tips and equipment reviews from their world-class experts.
