Tower 26 club member, professional triathlete and head coach of Red Performance Multisport Jim Lubinski and founder of Tower 26 and expert swim coach Gerry Rodrigues have introduced a triathlon-specific swimming podcast series for 2016.

The “Be Race Ready” podcast aims to specifically focus on a triathlete’s swim training and race demands. The podcast also hopes to educate athletes, coaches, race directors and their governing bodies on being fully prepared and safe through the swim segment. Tower 26’s “Be Race Ready” proven coaching philosophy, arrived from 32 years of triathlon swim coaching, is the model the podcast educational series is based upon.

Each podcast will dive into the most pertinent education needed to maximize an individual’s time investment in triathlon swim preparation.

So far four episode have been released:
Episode 1: Introduction to triathlon swimming with Tower 26
Episode 2: Build a better swim session
Episode 3: The 4 essential ingredients to become a better triathlon swimmer
Episode 4: Technique – What you need to know (Part 1)
